Information We Collect

HevraERP may collect account, identity, authentication, billing, support, communications, device, and usage information.

Customer tenants may process ERP records such as financial data, student records, employee and payroll records, customer and vendor records, uploaded documents, workflow history, and e-signature records.

How We Use Information

Provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve HevraERP.
Authenticate users, enforce roles and permissions, and maintain tenant isolation.
Process billing, support, service notices, security alerts, diagnostics, and legal obligations.

Customer-Controlled Data

Customers control the data they submit to their tenants, the modules they enable, user access, exports, and retention requirements, subject to their agreement and applicable law.

Authorized tenant users may access information according to customer-configured roles and permissions.

Security controls may include authentication, role-based access control, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, backup controls, and security review processes.
