Customer Configuration

  • Configure payroll, taxes, deductions, benefits, allowances, schedules, overtime, leave, accounting periods, chart of accounts, approvals, currencies, and reports.
  • Confirm employee classification, wage rules, tax rates, social security, pension, benefits, withholdings, labor law, and filing requirements.
  • Maintain required employment, payroll, time, wage, tax, accounting, invoice, purchase, sales, inventory, and audit records.

Integrations and Filing

Customers are responsible for authorizing integrations with banks, payment processors, government portals, tax systems, e-invoicing systems, payroll providers, biometric devices, time clocks, POS devices, or accounting tools, and for validating submissions or payments.

Sensitive Data Controls

Salary data, bank details, government identifiers, tax records, benefits information, vendor banking details, payment files, and financial statements should be restricted by role, reviewed regularly, protected with MFA where available, and monitored for exports and administrative changes.
