Service Scope

HevraERP provides tenant-scoped ERP workflows for finance, accounting, university management, HR, payroll, CRM, workflow automation, inventory, manufacturing, POS, reports, portals, notifications, uploads, and e-signatures.

Customer Responsibilities

Keep administrator accounts secure and remove access for departed users.
Maintain lawful rights, notices, and consents for data submitted to HevraERP.
Review outputs, reports, calculations, approvals, filings, and workflows before relying on them.

Ownership

Hevra and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, source code, object code, workflows, UI, database structure, templates, and documentation. Customer receives only the contracted right to use the service.

Commercial Terms

Fees, subscription scope, renewal, support, liability caps, governing law, and any service-level commitments are controlled by the applicable order form or signed agreement.

Customer Data and Privacy

Customer owns or controls the business data, personal data, files, records, reports, and configuration submitted to HevraERP.

Hevra processes Customer Data to provide, secure, support, maintain, improve, and operate the service; comply with law; prevent abuse; and perform obligations under the applicable agreement.

Security, Suspension, and Disclaimers

Customers must keep administrator accounts secure, configure roles carefully, and promptly remove access for departed users.
Hevra may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, violation of terms, unlawful use, or activity that threatens the service or other tenants.
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, HevraERP is provided as is and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, educational, employment, medical, or financial advice.
