Customers control business records, personal data, files, reports, configuration, workflows, and audit history submitted to their tenants.
Customers remain responsible for determining legal retention periods for finance, tax, payroll, employment, education, student, vendor, customer, inventory, health, safety, and other regulated records.
During the subscription term and agreed offboarding window, customers may request or use available tools to export tenant data in supported formats.
After termination or expiration, access may be suspended and Customer Data may be deleted or archived according to the agreement, DPA, backup schedules, and legal retention requirements.
Data removed from active systems may remain in immutable or rolling backups until the applicable backup expires or is overwritten. Provider normally restores deleted data from backups only for disaster recovery, legal requirement, security investigation, or agreed recovery support.
