• Submitting malware, exploit code, harmful scripts, credential harvesters, or disruptive content.
• Bypassing authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, rate limits, billing controls, or security restrictions.
• Sending spam, phishing, deceptive messages, unlawful marketing, or fraudulent invoices.

Operational Protection

Data and Integration Restrictions

• Do not upload, store, transmit, or process data without required rights, notices, consents, or lawful basis.
• Do not use imports, reports, search, workflows, webhooks, or APIs in a way that intentionally degrades availability or harms other tenants.
• Do not store regulated or highly sensitive data unless the applicable agreement, deployment, configuration, and legal requirements support that use.
• Do not misrepresent identity, authority, approvals, signatures, audit records, payment records, employee records, student records, or business transactions.
